Finger Paint

I have a subject now for all of my posts. She is almost 22 months and loves to do all sorts of things. While she was taking her nap I made her some finger paints. When I introduce paints in the Montessori classroom to 3-6 year olds, I start with the primary colors. Of course I only had neon colors in the pantry, so that's what she got. After 9 years I'm pretty good at the prepared environment in the classroom, but it's still a work in progress at home. The recipe for Homemade Edible Finger Paint is from Imagination Tree. Here's to forgiveness and finger painting.
